About

If you love Islam and fashion this is the place for you. Hijab Life is my personal blog, a creative outlet for fashion and modesty. IT DOES NOT belong to any political group, sect or denomination. Take whats relevant and good, reject what isn't.

Hijab Life started because I wanted a place to blog and talk about hijab as well as documenting my journey through fashion school.  I own many blogs and facebook pages that focus on things I'm interested in ranging from du'as, Ramadan, homeschooling, sadaqah and clothe diapers among other things. I realized that by segmenting my interests I was able to keep my personal account private and not accidentally spam my friends with topics they weren't interested in.  This blog is my creative outlet for fashion. I hope you join me. inshaAllah.

May this page and blog bring benefit in the dunya and akhira to all those involved with it. AMEEN - Maria
Made this graphic for my personal blog and alhamdulillah I've seen it make its rounds on other blogs. :)

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A PERSONAL BLOG ABOUT FASHION AND HOW I INCORPORATE IT IN TO MY WORSHIP. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTATION OF ISLAM AS A WHOLE RELIGION NOR DOES IT SEEK TO DO THAT. I AM NOT SPEAKING FOR ANY OTHER MUSLIMAH BUT FOR MYSELF. THIS IS MERELY MY TAKE ON FASHION AND MODESTY.

IF IT OFFENDS YOU IN ANYWAY, IT DOESN'T CONFORM TO YOUR INTERPRETATION OF ISLAM OR IT DOESN'T BRING YOU CLOSER TO ALLAH THAN PLEASE REMOVE YOURSELF.
SAVE YOURSELF FROM THAT WHICH DOES NOT BRING YOU BENEFIT.
Another thing is that some of the outfits will either need to be hijabified or used only for indoors or sister only events.
